House Rules
WIFI, RUBBISH, DEPARTURE... ALL THE IMPORTANT INFO: Please read carefully
Wifi details are as following:

Keys – We have one set of keys for the chalet which are kept in the lock box outside attached to the car park. The code is 1500.
Heating – Each radiator is turned on and off individually. The first switch turns the heating on, the second switch turns on a fan. The knob adjusts the level of heating.
Fireplace – Please treat the fire with care and do not place too many pieces in at once. Always use the fireguard.
Games and books - You are welcome to use the games and books. Please put back in their place after using.
Baby accessories - Baby gates, baby chair and pram are available for your use at your own risk and stored in the room with the bunk beds.

Please take off your shoes in the entrance.·
This is a no smoking chalet. If you do smoke, then we kindly ask you smoke outside and collect all cigarette butts. Please DO NOT throw them in the garden!
Do not fiddle with the thermostat or boiler control. Please call for assistance.
We ask you leave the chalet well by cleaning all dishes and taking out your rubbish. Leaving rubbish behind or dirty dishes/glasses outside the dishwasher will make you incur in supplementary cleaning costs that will be deducted from your deposit. ·
Do not move the furniture around. Leaving furniture in a different arrangement will make you incur in supplementary costs that will be deducted from your deposit.
The ski area is at the entrance. Please use this area to place your skis and boots. DO NOT walk in the chalet with ski boots.
Take care in using the stairs up and down the mezzanine. Always hold on to the rope
Hot Tub – The hot tub can only be operated by the property owners, it is not open for guests.
Please be mindful of the neighbors with noise if using the garden or barbecue.
Enjoy and take care of our home. Please treat it like it was your own
Trash disposal
In France, we separate our rubbish. Please split into 3 categories:·
Plastics along with aluminum and paper
Glass
General waste
THERE IS NO GARBAGE COLLECTION IN CHAMONIX.
You must take out your trash to the municipal bins located throughout the town. The nearest ones are just a drive down the road and turning right. You will see them at the start of the Rue du Pecles next of the Vert Hotel.
The bins are clearly marked into the categories they should be split into so please use these well.
Departure
Departure time is 10am but we can be flexible on this if we do not have a back to back booking. Please check with us the day before your departure to see if this is possible. Cleaning is included to a certain degree, but we do kindly ask that you leave the chalet well. Kitchen should be reasonably clean with dishes done and rubbish bin and recycling taken with you.
As a courtesy to next guests, please inform us of any broken elements or maintenance needs so we can replenish or fix whatever is needed for the next clients to have all that they need.
